Are you a cloth diaper service? TOP No, we do not wash your diapers for you. Modern cloth diapers are really simple to wash, and with the Diaper Sprayer, washing cloth diapers isn't gross or difficult. Read more about washing diapers here.
What is your privacy policy? TOP We will never share or sell any of your information. We do not store your credit card number or payment method.
How do I wash my diapers? TOP Please read this article on how to wash cloth diapers.
Do you take returns? TOP I can only accept returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise in its original, unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase, less any discounts and shipping charges. (This means if I shipped your order free, but it really cost me $4 to ship it, if you return or exchange it, your credit will be $4 less.) If there is a defect, please contact the manufacturer directly. Returns are at the customer's expense. Gently used items are final sale and cannot be returned. Special orders cannot be returned or refunded.
What are your shipping rates and policies? TOP We offer free shipping to the U.S.A. on all orders. We almost always ship via priority or first class mail and most orders ship within one business day. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns. If you would like to purchase insurance, please make a note in the box at checkout and I will invoice you separately for the insurance. Insurance is recommended on large orders. Pittsburgh Cloth Diapers is not responsible for lost orders.
Where are you? Do you have a storefront? Can I shop in person? What are your hours? TOP We are located in Sewickley, 20 minutes west of downtown Pittsburgh on Route 65. We have a showroom that is set up like a store where you can shop and learn about the diapers. Please email us to set up a time to shop in person or schedule your free consultation. We generally try to schedule appointments all day and evening on Tuesday, and Saturday and Sunday during the day, though other days work, too.
