Lilli is AMAZING! Her customer service cannot be beat. I am not the cloth diaper type. I am a working mother who is always on the go. I never thought of cloth until a friend, a doctor, mentioned them. He thought they would be helpful for my daughter’s sensitive skin. I had no idea what to think I just knew that I would try anything for my daughter, it helped that I hated paying for paper diapers. I met with Lilli and explained my situation and lifestyle. She brought cloth down to my level and recommend a couple for me to try. My husband, a manly man, even likes them and recommends them to everyone. We have been using cloth for 3 months and love them. As someone who has used both on my daughter, there is no way I would go back to only using paper when cloth are so easy to use, clean, much better for her skin, and have already paid for themselves.
