Considering Cloth?

Cloth diapers are not what you think.

What do you picture when you think of cloth diapers?  A big square of boring white cloth?  Giant pins?  Plastic pants?  Dunking and swishing poopy diapers in the toilet?  Five years ago when I was pregnant with my first child, I had no intention of using cloth diapers because I had a horrible image of them - ugly and difficult.  Then I saw a picture of a modern cloth diaper and was intrigued.  It was shaped like a disposable diaper, but made out of cute and soft cloth in fun colors.  I bought some to try, and was hooked.  Five years and three kids later, I still love cloth diapers.

Modern cloth diapers are easy, cute, and fun.

Cloth diapering is back and better than ever, but there are so many options out there that it can be overwhelming.  I've tried all the diaper types and most of the brands and will help you find the right diaper for you.  That is why I decided to open my own cloth diaper store - I want you to have as much fun as I have had without wasting all the time and money I did.

Cloth diapers are cute, easy to use, better for the environment, healthier for your baby, and they even save you money.  It is as easy to use cloth diapers as it is to use disposables, but with cloth, you will feel great every time you change your baby.  Diaper changing becomes fun rather than a chore, and you don't have that guilt about throwing away a quarter with each change and adding to the landfills.  They are so easy that even dads and grandmas and daycares can use them.  Picture a diaper that looks just like a disposable, but instead of being made with plastic and paper, it's made of soft cotton, hemp, or microfiber.  They're even easy to wash - with a Diaper Sprayer, you never have to touch or scrape poop.

Go ahead, try cloth diapers.

Still apprehensive?  Buy a few and try them.  Even if you use just one a day, that is 365 fewer diapers in the landfill and over $90 saved.  If you don't like them, you can even resell them and recoup some of your money.  If you do like them (and I know you will), you will save up to $2000 over using disposables!  Look at it this way - your baby will poop no matter what diapers you use... do you want it to be on dollar bills?

Still not convinced?

Want to see and touch them before you decide?  Come to our showroom for our free Cloth Diaper Orientation session.  I will explain how cloth diapers work, the pros and cons of the various types, and how to use and care for them.  You will be able to get your hands on the diapers and there is time for any questions you may have.  Just for coming to our showroom, you will receive 10% off your entire first in-store purchase at Pittsburgh Cloth Diapers.*  We also offer free shipping on all orders to the continental US.
